Some of the early revs of the firmware had issues with parameter feedback (i.e. live updates), but behringer stepped up to the plate with the revs. I bought the unit after reading positive feedback on v 1.06, have not had any problems, and would recommend the unit.

Hi,

I got mine 3 months ago.
I had several problem using through USB (after a while Live lost the BCR...). Perhaps it comes from mycomputer or from the fact that I also plugged an UC-33... I did not have the time to investigate...

Thus, I use it through MIDI (even if the loopback does not work on mine, but I think it is probably a question of setting...).

For me the main interests are the price, the number of rotaries and how easy it is to program it.
I made several concerts with it: no issue.

Moreover, when it works through USB... it is great...

The first one of these I bought was a dog - it would drop the connection to the computer after 30 seconds or so after powering-on. It went back to the shop - the replacement has been solid so far, and works really well with Live (4.04, on a powerbook 667).
