Cool man, nice to see some live videos. Post some more if ya can.

That bassline that comes in, is it triggered from live or ya got something else sync to Live?

triggered from SU700

Mmm, really too bad it's discontinued. I really need something similar to plays drums along with, to trigger samples or loops with an octopad and to process the real drums live through it's audio input. This box fits the bill pretty much.

yea the SU700 to me is like Ableton in the form of hardware... especially when it comes to looping. So long as your samples are cut correctly, it plays it all with ease. And its version of "warping" is quite good.
slicing a sample up into a ton of smaller pieces, and triggering them with midi, so you can really pick your tempo based on what the crowd is up for.

another bummer about the SU700 is the scsi boards are hard to find, and since i usually rent/hire one in the city i'm playing if its overseas, i dont think i've ever found one with the scsi board built in. What i'm saying is, if you get one... get used to having to load 20+ floppies.
