Large vox samples isssues

Post by crt » Thu Oct 10, 2002 2:30 am

Hi all. I'm trying to usse some vocal sampler from some Mc's but I'm running into issues. The samples appear ot be of the right length, i.e. they are x amount of bars long.

But live has imported one in and says its BPM's is 130 when it's actually 122. Thus, the filer is out of sync.

My stats, if it matters:
IBook 700
Live 1.5
OSX.2

Thanks for your help!

:P CRT change the tempo in the clip view to 122 this should get the loop in sync the rest of the song

Ahem. You'd think I was smart enpugh to originally write in,

" I did that and it bounced back to 130 bpm."

So now what?

See below. I did that. LIVE reset the tempo to 130 bpm.

In the clip view, if you are typing in a new tempo and the thing is just going back to the original tempo live set for it ,you need to go to the end
of the sample and unclick the last warp marker. This will allow you to change to a new tempo. The loop points may have to be reset after this.
Try this and see how you get on.
