Semi - weighted midi controller keyboards ?

Post by steved » Wed Dec 15, 2004 10:46 pm

Do the Novation Remote 49 and 61 actually exist ? I really need a new midi controller keyboard and 2 or 3 octave keyboards are just not enough. There is no reference to them on the Novation website - but Digital Village have them for sale. I'll phone them tomorrow.

Can anyone recommend a good 49 or 61 note semi-weighted keboard ( I like the action on the Yamaha Motif ES 6 and 7 )

Fatar are supposed to be bringing out some new weighted keyboards - but they are taking their time too.

Thanks, Steve.

I think they're due in January, at least according to Novamusik's site.

Music shops in Germany and USA have no idea really, they talk January. Yesterday talked directly to Novation they said end of January but irt is nothing official. M audio is not the same thing, if you use keys as switches is OK but they keys are not for those who can/ want to play and not play with.
