Is this too good to be true?

Post by bobland » Fri Sep 03, 2010 10:47 pm

http://cgi.ebay.com/Ableton-Live-8-w-No ... 483bee6695

Uses a "Lite" version that comes with LaunchPad and install the upgrade. Effectively gives me LaunchPad for $20. Are there any "gotcha's" with this deal? Is it a too-good-to-be-true deal?

States very clearly: *Please Note - This is a Full Live 8 Upgrade from Live Lite which is included with the Novation Launchpad

I've been using the demo version and feel ready to buy. Like everybody else, money's tight so I don't want to end up with a $500 Lunch. Pad.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Burt

looks legit. i've bought from novamusik before, not through ebay, but they are a great dealer. they always have nice package deals like that. check out their website, novamusik.com. they usually have the same deals listed there as what they put up on ebay.

Ditto on liking Novamusik. I actually visited them when I was in Milwaukee recently. They're mostly a mail-order place, but they have quite a nice demo studio, where I spent a while playing with a Moog Voyager...
