What's the difference between Kore and Instrument Racks?

Is it just the sound banks and preset organisation?

I'm intrigued because DV247 are doing Komplete 7 + Kore 2 for £499 (Kore 2 for £100 basically).
But I don't really understand what you can do with Kore that you can't do natively in Live anyway using instrument racks & chains.

Is it worth buying? Advice appreciated.

For one thing instrument racks don't have a browser with tagging. With Kore you can select the type of sound and attributes subcategories to narrow down presets that would (in theory) be close to what you are looking for. You can also manually tag presets that aren't already formatted for Kore or are from third party plug-ins.
