I did re-authorize so many times but no change at all ....

try repairing your library.

I also was having trouble with AMP until I looked in my Audio Effect folder...it's not an instrument!

Yes, I know, you can see them but when I try to start it I get the warning I mentioned in my first post!

Gnuus, have you been in contact with Customer Care? If not, please send an email to customercare@ableton.com, including the email associated with your license, and explain your issue.

The answer I got was: 'In order you use Amp you need to upgrade to Suite 8.' :?

I got it working!!!

The problem is before i bought Suite upgrade , i sold my single sampler license.

That's what the support guy said.

re-authorized ableton. closed live 3 times.et voila. it worked.
