VST specific instant mapping / Python ? ?

So is it only possible via the Python-script-path to say link 'Cr Fil 1 Cutoff' of VSTi XY to a comtrol surface's Midi CC XY whenever VSTi XY is selected in any of the tracks.

I simply want an Instant Mapping that knows which knobs link to which function when a specific VST / VSTi is selected....

so that the Instant Mapping for an EQ is different to the Instant Mapping for a synth..

im not at all a python script killer and won't be able to help ya doing it,
but as using liveOsc i presume it's possible.
that would need at some point a check of VST ID = it's name entered somewhere.
IF moved param AND name matching udpate to cc and vice versa?
