More than likely it's a sax,
Afaik Mark Knight had someone re-play the sax line, so it's a cover of the Laurent Garnier tune not a sample.
That's what i remember reading in an interview.
Corrct me if I am wrong though people, it's a while ago now that i was reading about it.

I'm sure they used an actual sax. Why would you assume they didn't?

Philippe Nadaud, the saxophonist, I believe he used both a real saw and a midi sax for the original track by Laurent Garnier.
Mark Night didnt use any of the original samples (or at least did not get any from Laurent). My guess is that he had someone come in and replay the parts. You can tell that the quality of the saxophonist is not quite the same as Philippe Nadaud. Philippe is dirtier and put a ton of more emotion in his, but due to the nature and execution of the Mark Knight version is works just fine.

I say assume just because I thought you could get a plug in that would sound similer, ergo the post.
Are there any sax plugins? I have seen sax used on quite a few house tracks. Or sax samples..?
Cheers
Pete
