Telefon Tel Aviv - Remixes (few amazing tracks, keep on listening to the production)
Arvo Part - Fratres (Gidon Kremer, Keith Jarret) just this track, so amazing
Bjork - Vespertine (picked it up again, so well produced....)
so many more...............

Not an album - an EP - but something I just bought today and has instantly become the best thing I've heard this year...
Just buy it already...
Edit: so, actually, it's not the most listened to (yet) and it's not an album... hehe, sorry bout that

Didn't even know I needed a less histrionic, aging hipster Springsteen, but it sure came in handy this year.

Pantha Du Prince - Black Noize was probably my second favorite, listened to that a lot. Ridiculous. The clarity and definition of the mix of that record is amazing.
