i have his paypal email addy. Tarekith please ask his wife if i can post it here.
Through his Myspace I just found his Bandcamp where you can buy his album

http://liquidmetamorphosis.bandcamp.com/
That's a great way to give a nod of head, but I'm concerned his wife might not be able to collect on that... Paypal goes right to the bank.

I can only add to everything everyone has said.

One of the good eggs who's posts I always enjoyed reading.

The one conversation I had with him here was on the merits of 'real' onion bhajis, seems kinda silly but makes me smile.

I didn't know him as some here did but I will miss his spirit on the forum.

Many condolences to his wife.

Yeah that's what I thought, but I just bought it and his wife's email is the paypal address.

Thanks Alex!
Just a plug for the Umbriel Rising stuff.
Some might find his indie rock music a bit too dark in this particular circumstance, but the Umbriel songs are smooth as hell electronic music, good stuff. 8)

I think that's the best method then, serves two purposes as well.

yeah that's exactly what I thought - I started listening to the other songs first and you're right some of it is a bit dark for this particular moment… now I've had the Soundcloud on for a while and there's some great stuff in there! I just wish I'd heard this sooner so I could have told him how good it is.

Terrible and shocking news. My condolences to his wife and family. Martin, I wish you the best of luck wherever you're going. I'm quite sure that we'll all meet you again sooner or later and have a good chat about sample rates, bit depths, summing engines and all that stuff. It's always been a pleasure to read your posts. You'll be missed!!

Strange - I was lying in bed, I think yesterday or the day before, and I thought to myself "leedsquietman - unusual moniker." and had a pleasant feeling go through me somehow in response.

RIP brother, hope the DAW's and laptops in Heaven are out of this world....
