So I built a similar setup with my apc 40 on the left and 20 on the right with inspiration from dj controlled demolition over at dj tech tools. I've tried hard mapping some of the apc20 faders to control sends, with combination mode enabled so I can still get the clip bottom functionality. Unfortunately though, the apc40 faders and the 20 faders send the same midi message, so what was once a volume fader on the 40 controls the same send on the 20, basically, when you hard map anything, it replicates on the other controller and doesn't separate midi messages. Still looking for a work around if anyone knows
