How does one sound like Russian producer Proxy?

Im sure you all know at least one of his tracks, can anybody explain to me some of the production techniques he uses to make his sound. Effects etc..? How does he make those basslines?
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

He uses the Roland V synth quite a bit for bass
