I don't even think that is Mr. Cobain...

But anyway, I was expecting a ridiculously long scream. Like in Tool's 'The Grudge': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiR1hmpk-x4 (6:58) but to get what was in that abomination, it just seemed like a lot of reverb and some grain-shifting effect mixed in.
