I believe that one is a balanced fully weighted hammer action master controller. :(

Hmmm...

I wonder if all controllers mentioned in this thread are made in China... (Pretty sure the m-audio is)
If the Doepfer or Numa Nero are not, that would justify the extra cost to me. If they are all Chinese made and felt the same, I'd just get the M-Audio. Hmm.

As far as purchasing something Chinese?

I have started to eliminate purchases of products made in countries that have abysmal trade ratios with my own country.
Not to say a big part of the problem is that my country practically produces nothing... That needs to change, so I vote with my money, and buy Domestic whenever possible as well.

Unless there are no alternatives... Cells phones, e.g., all made in China.

Americans are so focused on cheap/disposable, rather than lasting quality and repairability... This creates a huge ecological impact. (As a side note I could give a shit about the Earth, it'll be fine, but WE have to live on it.)

If you meant about balanced and graduated?

Balanced has the same feeling across the board, while graduated is more like a real piano.

These controllers have a poor feel. IMO nothing really beats the hammer action on the equipped Yamaha keyboards. They are the best. I use an S08 as a controller and it works great! Any of the others have the same great piano feel. Try them out for yourself.
