BMP lower than 20
hello,
i'm new to ableton live and might be missing something simple but i can't seem to figure out how to close the master BMP lower than 20. i would love to get down to 1 BMP. does anyone know if this is possible? thanks!

Re: BMP lower than 20
OK, I'll bite. Do you really need the bpm that low or are you wanting to trigger some event once per minute?
Re: BMP lower than 20
i would really like it that slow.
its something i do often in reason and seem to get live to do, perhaps 20 is the floor which would be a shame.
(i'm not looking to trigger and event every 60 seconds)

Re: BMP lower than 20
Stupid question: Are you really Dan Deacon? Because that would be rad.
If you want less than 20 BPM, just write something at twice the speed, and make all your clips twice as long.
For instance, if you need 10 BPM, then set Live to 20 BPM, and instead of a kick note on every quarter note, make it on every half note. If you need 8 BPM, then set Live to 32 BPM, and make everything in your set 4 times as long.

I don't know about version 8, but my v7 manual says 20-999 is the range.
Re: BMP lower than 20
I'm curious about what you're doing that you run it that slow. Would you mind sharing?
