Routing 8 pads in one group in Maschine to 8 tracks in Live

I'm trying to make a template that has eight of the 16 pads of Maschine each routed to it's own track in Ableton for maximum APC40/Maschine ease of use.I figure routing of this nature may be similar with other VSTs going into Ableton so I figured this was worth posting here.
