Program for auto-backing up ext drive of ableton recordings?

Im just wondering is there a program to auto back up to a few usb keys ableton recordings on mac. Basically something to keep an eye on ableton folders. Ideally, after a band practice weve quite a good few recordings down and Id love to simply have a couple usbs connected and at the end of practice the recordings are there for everyone to take home. Any ideas or experience?

Any sync app should do it. I am on Windows and I use SyncToy from Microsoft.
