I hardly listen to any hard/industrial/punk/goth electronic rock music, though that's the kind of music I mainly make.
Mostly NY noise, experimental music, Noise groups and Metal. What I play is probably more commercial sounding than 90% of the CDs I own.
I don't see any problem with this, I'm not looking to be pigeonholed and I'm merely the chief songwriter in my group, vocals and drums changes everything.

I've noticed that as a loose rule people who stick to their genre too rigidly end up not adding any new flavor to their genre, so I'm very comfortable listening to other music besides the kind I play.

Also, the whole anti 3phase thing is littering the forums, in a way that 3phase alone isn't capable of... that's all I'll contribute to that noise.
