for three days only ?
quite strange.

33% discount or not, you'd have to pry the money out of my cold dead hands to get me purchasing a Clusterfuck 8 license.

It’s just another promotion: don’t read into it that Live 9 is around the corner. Like all business Ableton need to attract new customers (so they eventually will upgrade to Live 9) and a little more cash flow by an increase in sales of extra’s certainly helps.

Good job this doesn't include MFL, cause just when the last promotion had ended, I was starting to think "Damn, I should've jumped on board."

I really like the idea of MFL, but I really don't want to learn something new.

There are a ton of great patches that you can use with absolutely zero knowledge of how Max/MSP works.

I know very little beyond the basics (what objects/messages are, how they connect, etc.) and I'm loving all the different things I can do with the off-the-shelf patches already.

yes this is upgrades discount only, so no M4L included...

I'm sure there'll be Xmas discount, I'm gonna wait...
though having playing with Launchpad and monomEmu did really pushed me this time for a buy mood.

First rumors about Live 9 are trickling in. Theres allegedly going to be a dedicated farmyard animal instrument where you can choose your animal, then change parameters such as color, gender, etc. Exciting stuff.
