Wow this is great. I have the free soundcloud edition of live lite, which makes me eligible for the upgrade prices, PLUS a $50 off coupon from my Akai LPD8, PLUS %33 off. All together that means that i can get the upgrade to Live 8 Suite for 209 bucks! Yahoo!

Yeah, I jumped on this too. And think that I almost bought Operator yesterday for 129€. Now I upgraded Live 8 to Suite 8 for 107€

Message to anyone on 7 -> 8 + Max = 9 !

is it possible to buy operator with this discount? I could'nt find it...

The add-on you have chosen only works with Live

Before you finish adding it to your cart, you need to choose a copy of Live to go with it.

What is that supposed to mean? You can only buy that with Live?

@ Garyboozy : thanks for that link, I guess I didn't try enough to find it myself on their website...

I think I'll push my musical partner to get a licence for operator, so we can both use it and ditch automat out of our setup (no problems with automat so far, but I'm pretty sure Operator is more stable, viable, and OS-updates-proof)


@ K1D1M35N : seems they allow you to buy 30% discount devices / add-ons ONLY if you buy a NEW copy of live...


is that right??? anyone?

or is it because I'm presently on my non-musical computer that has NO live copy inside... I'll try tonight with my Live-Lappy...

strange. when i checked my account i got 50% discount for 7suite to 8suite upgrade. nice. it is only me?

I logged in earlier and 8 -> Suite was saying €107

Now it's saying €160.

Is this random or some kind of stitch-up?

DAMN, discounts before were obviously wrong (too much) and now the prices have gone up to show a smaller but accurate 33% discount.

Well, that sucks, I should have been quicker.

They corrected the prices. I had the suite upgrade in my cart for 99 euro. But I thought I'll buy it tonight. Now it is 150 euro. So no Suite upgrade for me.
