Manchester Midi School

Post by reticent » Wed May 25, 2011 3:14 pm

http://midischool.com/online-courses-learn-online

They are offering an online Ableton class which covers the basic as well as more advanced features. Seems really comprehensive. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with MMS? I am seriously thinking of enrolling in this, seems like it could help me out a lot.

Thanks!

before you spend so much as a penny on such training services have you:
read the manual completely enough times to know everything contained within it ?
spent enough time checking out free youtube tutorials ?
read a book on (basic) music theory ?

As an alternative I might first look into tutorials from groove3.com and macprovideo.com. Several members of this forum have tutorials on groove3.
