so i will record a set in Traktor and its saves it as a Wav file on my HD. When I listen to it on my quick time player it sounds fine but when I copy it into ableton because I want to add intro onto the begining it sounds glitchy on some of my mixes, like it cant process it right. ( Like I said Im just recording in Traktor then taking the finished project and importing it into Ableton. It cant be my RAM I dont think cause it its all recorded internally. ANY IDEAS,,LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED A SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON OF THE TWO TRACKS

Could the audio be warped?
In the Wav editor section, disable warp or select 'complex pro' and adjust the formants parameter to suit.
:)

I think your right man. How could I fix this? any ideas .Heres the thing. I came to the conclusion that I dont do my dj sets in ableton but i do like to import them into ableton and add things over the top of it. sample etc.

yes it is warped. Why would that effect that actual sound though, I warped it to fit to my intro. Your saying that complex Pro fixes what? formants. What is that?
