Simply looping without audio deteriorating effects

Post by Laura_Live » Mon Jun 27, 2011 11:42 am

Hi,

how do I loop a clip in the session window at its normal speed without any changes of the sound ?

Whenever I insert clips, the sound seem to have changed..

I simply want the progamme to unintelligently loop an audio clip without changing its content

Thanks

Set the Warp switch off in the loop. The loop will then play at it's original tempo regardless of the tempo of your Set.

I don't expect it will loop then. Put audio into simpler and play middle c.

Have you tried tuning it off and on again?

If you work at a consistent tempo you can set the "Seg BPM" of the clip to the same as the song tempo by turning "Warp" off and then on again. It will then play at it's original tempo and you can leave warp and loop activated.

'repitch' or 'beats' warp mode.. (in the original tempo)
