Hi,

is it possible, like in Pro Tools, to display the latency caused by a single plugin in samples and if the delay compensation can still keep up with it ?

Thanks

as a workaround you can Dl usine free, when you drop a vst inside of it there is a test latency button wich reports latency in samples. you could take half an hour to test and note all your vsts latencies on some paper or notepad doc.

Has this changed at all in Live 9 - I'm coming from Studio One which shows a plugins latency to a session. Whats the best way in Live 9 to see the latency caused by a plugin?

If you have M4L, you can try my Latency Meter device(s) / Live Set to measure the latency of individual audio or MIDI plugins or specific plugin chains. It was created with Live 8 / Max 5.
