Thanks. That's actually how it looked before a couple weeks ago when I redid all the acoustic treatment, here's what it looks like now:

What happened to the plant? Did they airbrush it out? :(

Awesome studio man!

I see your going more for a minimalistic feel in the revised version of the studio.

On question though, do you use the Macbook Pro as your primary computer? I have a hard time with mine as it tends to overheat rather quickly.

The plant is down south getting some sun, he needed a vacation.

And yes, my MBP is my only computer. Ditched desktops years ago and have never looked back. Mine will get pretty warm when converting video or rendering a mixdown, but that's about it. Doesn't bother me, not like I keep it on my lap for that kind of stuff anyway, and I have those CoolFeet to elevate it too.

Congrats Tarekith!

Pretty cool setup indeed.

Say; do I assume correct that we also see speakers at the top and in the corners ?

What I really like about these pics is the contrast. I mean; I can imagine visitors walking in there and wondering "all that powered by this little thing (laptop) ?".

Very nice, hope you'll get lots of positive feedback from it!

Edit: come to think of it; could also be damping material I guess.. oh well, one way to find out 8)
With kind regards,
