its really excellent!

how though…. can i make it so that the first 7 modes are in sequence…. like ionian, dorian, phrygian, lydian etc

this would make it much easier for me to be able to relate

is this possible?

nice… i'll try that

I've just been trying to trigger different clips from follow actions to see if it changes the settings… doesn't seem to work

(I'm doing this because in big sets, with lots of armed tracks, it gets horrible not having dedicated buttons - I end up making empty clips all over the place)
i added an option to add stop buttons at the bottom of the session. quite neat !
to enable it change the "False" into "True" line 39 in MainSelectorComponent.py : https://github.com/hdavid/Launchpad95/b ... ent.py#L39

and voila !

i also posted a few bug fixes here and there in recent days.

enjoy !
Fantastic! I didn't see this till now, but it works great! Nice one!

Hi,Mots,

I just fired up Launchpad95 after a long interval (I finally broke down and got a Push), and am again impressed with the quality of work you've put into it for the Ableton community.

I think it would be great to add a M4L device that would allow the user to change the scale/key/octave parameters and store them as a default configuration. as well as change them without having to memorize their positions in the matrix, and maybe even change them while remaining in note mode.

At least in a user configuration file....

That would add a lot of functionality, and would be very useful with the Launchpad family for portability)

Do you know anyone who has done this?

(Also, I just discovered that "InKey" scales are not going to be implemented in Launchpad Pro. One is stuck in C Major (although it is possible to change root key.) Looks like a job for somebody.... I can't believe they are leaving this out of the Launchpad Pro. Maybe they'll change their minds.

(Everybody email them; I've sent a number already myself...)

Been messing with this all day... Top job. Great fun.

Has anyone tried this with 2 launchPads?

The 9.2 update has left a few quirks here and there. The main one I've noticed is that the drum rack scale no longer transmits a trigger. Yet, you can record the patterns with it (you hear them as the clip plays back).

I had a slightly older version before and was almost heartbroken when 95 seemed to not be functioning at all haha

Edit: It decided to work last night. I don't know what changed. So I guess it could have been something I did. No bug to report I guess :)

I notice that Sweetwater has the Launchpad Mk2 in stock. Will Launchpad95 work with that as well?

When do you think Launchpad95 will be updated for v9.2?

it has been already some time ago. please get the last version from my site.

Launchpad MK2 and Launchpad Pro are not supported.
support for Launchpad Mini MK2 is unknown (it should work but i dont own one to test it)
i'll update the FAQ on my site soon.

it should work fine, with one limitation (that any controller in live will have): some features are linked to the "currently selected" track or clip. like the instrument mode or the step seq. but beside this it will work just fine !

cheers
