M.C. Mitchski wiped it out in ‘97 with “Brooklyn Blew Up The Bridge”
and now a word from our sponsor… old school hip-hop on my rig… fresh for 2005 suckers…
Kanye West uses a MPC 2000 and ASR 10. I read Just Blaze uses an
MPC 4000 and a bunch of sound modules from Roland. You can make any
type of digital music on Live. The ability to unlink clips is retarted. The
midi side could be better. My gear advice to you is to find out what best
works for you. Don't mind the comments from Live users as some of
them are probably punks in real life and only show out on the internet.
On second thought you did type kinda weird.

Karate - glad at least someone could give him an answer,
I didn’t even know that Just Blaze was an artist/producer,
just shows how out of touch I am.

Thanks for the props, I just had to dig out the MC Mitchski 12” it still sounds good a little dated maybe,
but I still love my old school hip-hop records, checked out M.C. Shan “The Bridge”, B.D.P. “The Bridge Is Over” and
Noel Rockwell feat. The Poet “Beat You Down” as well just to even things up a bit, got D.St. “The Home Of Hip-Hop”
on the 1210’s now … real hip-hop my man…
