Live 2 - no altivec - rentable to buy a powerbook 1ghz or pc

have to buy a new comp. asap. so my quest.:_
is it rentable to go for a new powerbook or better to use a pc laptop ---> performance / price etc. your suggestions please ::: thanks :::

Hi,

i would recommend a PC Laptop. You get probably a 100% faster computer for 25% the price. So easy choice.
But i you like to have the nice glowing apple logo on the back of the TI4screen

then go buy that slow but well designed laptop.
