Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
I'm curious, why the blog rather than articles on the front page of the site?
Can we expect frequent updates? At least once a day would be great - less than that and people are going to stop coming

Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
You've hit the nail on the head with frequent updates - there's so much amazing stuff out there that we needed a platform that we could update multiple times daily. The front page will continue to feature longer articles, important events, releases, videos that we make - things like that. In the mean time, we can share more (and more rapidly) on the Blog. You can expect at least daily updates.agent314 wrote:I'm curious, why the blog rather than articles on the front page of the site?

Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
Would love to see a way other than rss to subscribe, email or twitter?
Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
It would be great if any time the blog is updated, there's a post on Twitter about it. I am checking Twitter multiple times a day, but I don't expect I'd be checking in the Blog site that often.

Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
We'll be tweeting frequently when the Blog is updated, but not with every single post. Have you looked at using a feed reader? You can get an RSS feed of the Ableton blog using http://www.ableton.com/blog as the URL.agent314 wrote:It would be great if any time the blog is updated, there's a post on Twitter about it. Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
Who decides what to post? Is it scraped from community sites or is it powered by submissions? (it looks cool, btw!)
Re: Introducing the Ableton Blog!
thanks for your efforts
I'd love to see the 64bit view blog soon though.. seem abes and avid are the only 2 left on the block with 32it only software.

Very nice! Thanks!
One small detail: the default title of the RSS feed is "Latest entries", took me a while to find it in my feed list, haha. Would be more convenient to call it... Ableton Blog
