bass crossover - need a plugin or filters with steep curve

Hello world!
I've read that you can achieve interesting results with only processing certain frequency ranges of a signal. To be able to do this, I need something like this so split the frequencies:

The problem is that the first plugin is only for Windows & I am on a Mac. The second plugin seems to be discontinued.
Another way to do it is doing it by hand with filters. I've tried that with Live's EQs/Filters, but the curve is always not steep enough. Even when I layer multiple bands in EQ8 the sound still changes significantly. Do you have any tips for me to do it in Live? Or do you know any other plugins that are capable of doing it?
