Need help with NI Massive after I did the batch convert

I posted this in the NI Massive forum a few days ago but it's kinda dead over there.
My problem is that I just did the batch convert from .ksd to .nmsv after I got the latest update but now all of my presets have doubled but 1 is greyed out and can't be used anyways. Is there an easy way to get rid of the greyed out ones (there are over 4000 in total) so I can keep it all organised?
Also I just notice that I have several presets which it has 2 copies that can be used and 1 greyed out version. I can't even select the greyed out presets because they are unavailable so I can't select and delete.

Have you tried rebuilding your database in Massive?
