Print Out this and then cut out all the little windows with a craft knife.
(or you can print it on transparent film.)



Cut a slit along the top and bottom edge of the grid then print out this and thread it through so you can slide it around behind the grid.

I think most browsers have a menu option to save a page for offline viewing.
