Something is happening with my mac/m-audio firewire audiophile. The other day, out of nowhere, the rca outs stopped sending out a signal. I could still get sound out of the headphones, and into the rca inputs though. I tweaked the software mixer, reset it, re-installed the drivers… everything. No luck. I then connected the soundcard to my old pc and it works fine, so it's a a problem with my Macbook pro.
The only thing i have changed lately is that i installed LiveContro and OscTouch to wirelessly control Ableton with my iPhone… I'm gonna uninstall those to see if that helps, but if anyone has a clue, i'll take the advice…

Help with Firewire Audiophile no RCA out
Re: Help with Firewire Audiophile no RCA out
Today I ran a Mac OSX maintenance program called ONYX and did some cache cleaning, restarted the computer and now everything works fine. I'll post any developments for anyone that is having the same issues.
