man I really didn't want to wait, funny thing is they say the current deal is available until 12/31 or until (supplies run out)I don't want to be caught with that one, how are software supplies going to run out...hmmmm but the thought of getting komplete for 199 is too tempting to not wait and see.

NI didn't drop the prices of all their products - only those mentioned at their sales-page. It's a bit misleading that they wrote "50% on Komplete instruments and effects" what means that the single versions are reduced in price. But even if the Komplete package would be on sale - all updates/upgrades seem to be exluded from the "50% off" this time.

This deal's good until the 30th. I don't know if I really need any more effects, but at that price it's hard to pass on.

I wish the Geist deal was just a little bit better.

Also, anyone with an iPad who doesn't buy Sunrizer for $2 today is a schmuck. Frontrunner for best synth in the App Store.

(And about the NI stuff, I thought their deals were kind of weak, and I doubt they'd stack the "customer appreciation" discounts we get for being NI product owners even if they were applicable. As it stands, the $400 Komplete price is a better deal if they've offered it to you, unless there's just that one thing you need.)
