can you get any help with a free soundcloud account??

Sorry to say that even though I have paid account it's been near impossible to have help.

wow! so ur paying premium yet still no help? crappy....

my issues is deleting tracks- i have a few .aiff files i posted in private mode
for somebody to check and now i can't delete them. i click on the trash icon,
pop up says if a want to delete the track, i click ok, and then.... nada!

How long have you waited? Sometimes it may take a while for the site to flush it out.

I got support with a free account. I couldn't remember the email address I used to sign up after months of non-use -or the password- and they sorted me out.

Have you tried contacting them yet? Might take a day or so get responses back.

just sent them an email....damn, that was frustrating, took me a while to figure out how send them a message- they really make you work for it.
