Having used Live, Logic and Digital Performer for songwriting it's always a nice mental trick that whatever DAW I switched to seemed to facilitate writing songs faster, (new environment etc.), but I've never thought that a particular DAW sounded different. Sure the effects and workflow is different, but the basic sound of an audio file in a track, nope.
