greetings all,
Currently I've been using Live digidesign edition and I must say, I fricking love it. Seriously. It is quite amazing, at least for what I use it for which is mainly sound desgin and music with help from Pro Tools.
Lot of questions though:
1. does live 4 support 3rd party plug ins/synths like Native Instruments?
Waves?
2. does Live 4 play more than 1 clip per vertical column( can't think of the name used right now)- just curious really
3. as far as MIDI, how is it? that is the only part I have not checked out completely yet. tempo mapping, , etc?
Damn, i had way more questions when i had it open and was playing with it.
I guess that will do for now. I am seriously considering the upgrade, i mean this program is sooo easy, it reminds me of Soundforge a bit as far as how it handles loops. I must go investigate further . . . .
