TAL Chorus 60 has some strange inaudible frequencies?

Just downloaded the TAL Chorus 60 since I love the TAL U-No-62, and of course I love it's Juno chorus.
After throwing it on a return channel (so the plug would be left on at all times), I noticed on the spectral frequency graph I have on my master that it outputs some weird high frequencies, but only ever touches -144db.
Before noticing this on the spectrum, I did an A/B test of Live's build in Chorus and the TAL Chorus 60. I found the TAL chorus to be much warmer and nicer. Live's was buzzier for me. Anyways, I was going to swap it in as my standard return chorus, but.......
Should I worry about this ghost output at all? Is it going to cause any damage to the mix later on?
