I don't hate the name, but the first time I started to abbreviate the name Bitwig Studio I thought it would have been much smarter for then to not tie Bit and Wig together.
BWS sounds so much less like a cut down than BS! and it's probably not going to get the whole FL Studio thing that people do to Fruity Loops with a single word. B Studio lol! DP gets the whole xxx thing going on which is a better connotation.

NI are going to cooperate with BW. I think BW are already developing it with them.

I don´t get why ppl always think feature oriented.
Creativity and Inspiration is all about workflow.
One does not need features over features.
And, to be honest, Bitwig seems to provide
several great new ideas and implementations
to give new Inspiration and therefore
brings new Creativity and henceforth new sound.
And that is all that counts. Simple.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's "it" seems weird and scary to me.

>v< - that´s the question today

...the work of production is reduction...
