Mine would be Squarepusher's The exploding psychology.
Stunning production altogether. It's my main monitor tester.
Any other crackers?

My favorite changes all the time but this is a track i've loved for a while now. Some absolutely amazing sound design going on in this track.

Mine is definitely BT's "1.618", which you can see and watch here in HD:

I think it's impossible to decide between tracks, because they all have their ups and downs. :x

Andrew Bayer - A Drink For Calamity Jane

Justice - Waters of Nazereth

While the arrangement is fairly simple, I could only imagine the level of sound design that goes into creating something so lo-fi and distorted and make it sound so crisp and clear.

Deadmau5 - Aural Psinapse , a very good sounding track with awesome synths and amazing sound processing and subtle details, I hope Deadmau5 will continue in this way.

Would have to agree with all these, Amon Tobin's production and sound are incredible right now. Plus a fantastic show (wish I could see it live), Amon stuff is just class.
