why not put all of the questions in one thread, the same folks could probably help with the lot of them?

I think that would get rather messy and will make it impossible for anyone in the future to retrieve any useful information from the thread!

I wouldn't concern yourself with that... Most newbies in a hurry will simply ask the same questions again and will never see your thread.

FYI, I would recommend spending a week playing, reading and viewing some vies because most of the questions you have asked are very easy to find the answers without asking.

nothing could be further from reality, it will keep everything you're learning and currently using in one place and make it even that much more easier of a resource for other folks in the same situation as yourself to be helped. everyone at the same stage as you will be looking for answers to the same questions all neatly tucked away in your oh so very helpful one stop thread.

Most of your answers can be answered in the manual. Why don't you read it or use the search index. It will be quicker. 8)
