Arrangement insert marker - WTF???!!!

Hi guys & gals,

What's the dealy with the Arrangement insert marker (little downwards pointing orange triangle)?

When i search the manual for "arrangement insert marker" i get zero results!!!

What is it? How do i delete it? How do i create it? How do i move it? What's it for?

it's a visual marker..

you can't delete it.. it's part of the arrangement view..
(the only way it disappears is when you select a range of time )

make it appear/move it in time by clicking anywhere in the in the arrangement..

it marks where actions such as play/split/'insert silence' occur...
