Latency: Launchpad vs. iPad and Touch-Able

I've been reading some things about the latency that the iPad and Touch-Able has vs. the Launchpad. Is this true? How much latency when using 1/8 global quantization and changing scenes and clips very fast, DMC *Q0Bert, Swamp, Shiftee, etc) style?

Never seen an article claiming this to be honest, i use both a launchpad and touchable and i dont have any problem....

i find touchable a bit shaky compared to the launchpad (having to set up a network etc.. ) .. but it has clip names which is great.

If i follow the same steps each time the touchables fine.... Set up network on laptop, join netwrok with ipad, launch touchable server, open ableton, open touchable on ipad....
