howdy all,
currently in the middle of making a 2 hour idm/tech set for my summer gigs and am having a problem with my second launchpad.
i used to use both of my launchpads for launching clips [16 channels], but decided to make the set 8 channels instead so i can breathe a little bit.
but now im using the second launchpad as a effects on/off switch, with the lemur as controls for them. but run into this odd thing happening and cant find a way around it just yet.
when i set my second launchpad up, i take off on the midi controllers that int will be a scene launcher. but when using it to switch the effects on or off, it cuts out the scenes on the first one. plus it flashes my controls from the second onto the first, making it somewhat annoying.
is there a way around this. to just make tho second launchpad a midi controller without it talking to the first?
cheers.
using a second launchpad causes weird things to happen

i have it set up by having the control surface off and having midi in and out with the second pad. but just has this weaird feedback to the first

Then the midi messages conflict, look at automap for the second one...
