Is this a bug with Ozone, or am I doing it wrong?

Post by ttilberg » Wed May 09, 2012 4:59 am

Hi, I made a video to describe my issue.

In short, after soloing a band in one of the multiband effects, the plugin locks that solo, and even after unsoloing, does not release the other audio... if that makes sense. Please see my video to demonstrate:

I strongly feel that I'm not doing it wrong, as it's quite straight forward-- that said, I've only had Ozone for a week, so I'm not going to totally rule it out.

I know this is the Ableton forum, but many of you guys use this stuff all the time, so here's to hoping...

Doesn't happen like that here, works as it should.

It's an issue with Ozone by the looks of it, Look through your settings carefully to see how they are set and where you have placed Ozone in the chain on Ableton, I'm guessing it's on the master if so, then you can be assured the problem lies with something on Ozone.

Are you mastering with stems?, as it looks like you are, so maybe you have a different routing variation going on somewhere that you didn't notice.

Sorry I checked back to see you added it to your set directly. so disregard that last comment, however it's right to assume soemthing is happening along those lines.
