How did you do this really kick ass website?

Ah thanks man, took me quite a while to get that working - we didnt want a cheap-ass website like you see for some other books, felt like that should represent the time and effort that went into the book.

The site is done in Fireworks and Dreamweaver with some simple javascript to do the glow and fade - I can send you the javascript if you want to use those effects too.

Matthews - sorry you feel the free guide contains nothing. It was just to give a taster of what's included in the book so people can be happy it is along the lines of what they're looking for before they buy. With the hundreds, if not thousands, of hours spent on this we didnt want to put everything in the free guide
