makig a library on windows is very slow!!

hi,someone can explain me why ,when i create a live library or when i install a live pack on windows 7, ableton make these operations too slowly...

example...to make a new library on lion i'll take 10 minutes,in windows about 1 hour...why ??? is there any option to make these operations more fast?

i'm under windows essential security...samle slowness when i install a live pack
