Anyone else experience the unusual phenomenon of having vivid dreams about the ableton interface? I actually made a bass sound in my dream, it was really awesome , I woke up in the middle of the night and remembered how I did it and actually made the bass sound at 4.00 am as quickly as I could before the memory faded. then went back to sleep.

I read that sleep is essentially a way for the brain to take in what It saw that day and make sense of it at an unconscious level so kind of makes sense I guess

That's really cool. My father used to write songs that way -- maybe he still does, haven't heard him talk about having the experience recently.

I have come up with ideas for songs in my dreams before, but have not been able to capitalize on the experience yet.

Keep dreaming!

Chris
