Cut Time vs Delete Time....

cut allows you to "paste" that time elsewhere.
delete simply removes it forever.

hey with the optimum 6 hours sleep u can go to bed at 4 and be up at 10

man at my age the 7am nites are few and far between for me and usually net me 4 hours sleep
so i'm still up at 11
